The management are very very helpful. They respond quick to any request you may have, email is replied within hours if not minutes, the repair team are very professionals as well. They are really really great company to rent from. The best decision I have made.

I moved to an apartment that's managed by upper edge and the process was very smooth. They are very easy to reach whenever there's an issue that needs to be fixed. Upper Edge managed my home rental while I was away in BC for a few years. The system is convenient in terms of being able to look online if a work order (meld) was submitted, and input was required. They were prompt at sending in their contractors for various repairs. They also have extra services like eaves trough cleaning, sidewalk snow removal and lawn care. There is also a service they provide when the rental is vacant, between renters so that house insurance won't lapse between tenant move-out/move-ins. Upper Edge was recommended to me by a cousin who has two properties she rents out in Winnipeg. They will check out rental candidates and have a series of criteria the potential candidates must meet to be considered. For the most part a good experience and a relief not to have to cover al the details myself while away.

Upper Edge have been our property managers for nine years. They helped us through buying our first investment property and have been excellent to work with. Their maintenance department is thorough and deals with issues quickly, they seem to deal with tenants fairly, and the opt-in maintenance programs like furnace inspection, gutter cleaning and general inspections are really helpful. Like most property owners, we were always looking to find a balance between 'feeling in-control' and 'having someone else look after property management for us'. Letting go and trusting someone else was quite scary and we never felt ready to take that leap.
