Our application process is designed to gather necessary information from all leaseholders within a single form. To facilitate a smoother communication process, we assign a primary contact person - usually the main applicant. This person will be responsible for receiving all communications from our application team and relaying these updates to the other applicants
As the primary contact, the main applicant is tasked with updating the rest of the applicants regarding any changes in the application status, additional information requests, or arising issues during the screening process. By submitting an application, you're acknowledging and agreeing to this setup
