- One-Time Screening: $59.00

- Comprehensive Screening Until Approval: $85.00 + credit check*

*Credit checks are run through Equifax; we pass along the credit check fee.

Credit Check: A detailed Equifax credit check to evaluate the applicant’s financial responsibility and creditworthiness.

Custom Tenant Suitability Calculator: Using our proprietary calculator, we analyze key financial and tenancy indicators to assess the applicant’s suitability.

Legal and Public Record Searches: Cross-referencing the Residential Tenancies Branch, Court Registry, and other databases to ensure there are no legal or tenancy concerns.

Income Confirmation: Verifying income information through provided documentation, such as Notices of Assessment or bank statements.
